FEES FOR SERVICE

 

Fees are charged for this service. When a Family Court Order, Parenting Plan or Written Agreement does not specify who is to pay for the service, each participant will be responsible for their own costs as listed below. Both parties will be expected to pay separately for these services as they are both users of the service. Fees may change at any time.

Intake appointment $95 per parent

Supervised parenting time $70 per hour per parent. Minimum of 2 hours

*  3 to 6 children require an extra supervisor. $70 per extra supervisor per parent. Minimum of 2 hours

Child orientation no charge

Subpoena production $225 per subpoena

Travel time may be required in some circumstances

Travel expenses may be charged at .80 cents per kilometer

Travel time may be charged at $30 per parent per hour
