Parents are asked to register by email or phone. This service does not make the first contact; it is up to the parents to make their own initial enquiries and to book their own intake appointment. Staff will return calls, emails or text messages to parents during opening hours to book a date and time for an intake appointment. Intake interview appointments are available Friday’s only and held separately. Depending on how long it takes a parent to book their intake interview, will determine how long the process takes.
Confidentiality does not allow us to disclose if the other parent has had their intake appointment.
