Supervised parenting time
Children’s Support Workers (CSW’s) are with child/ren for the duration of supervised parting time. A conversation that takes a direction child/ren are not comfortable with, will be redirected. If a parent/carer fails to follow staff direction, supervised parenting time may be withdrawn.
When necessary CSW’s direct children and their parents in age-appropriate play and activities, thereby, passively guiding parents for future visitation, enabling parents to plan activities for their children, increasing parent’s confidence and skills in practical parenting methods.
Supervised parenting time is conducted for up to 2 hours in accordance with Family Court Orders or Parenting Plan. The primary objective of this service is to ensure the safety of children.
Interim visitation. If you are on a contact centre waiting list we can provide supervision until the contact centre is available, if we have availability.

There are many times when we are unable to answer the phone due to supervising a family, driving to and from supervision, and the number of calls we receive. Therefore, email is the best option. Our service is open Thursday to Sunday for administration and supervised parenting time, by appointment only.
